What are the annual sales and expected growth for low rds-on and low
parasitic power mosfet devices such as directfet manufactured by
International Rectifier(E.G. IRF6609 part number)? I would like the
figure to include sales of all comparable fet technology from all
manufacturers, not just IR. Thanks
