Hello again Bill78,

I can also provide the name of the CEO or President for the 25 largest
hospitals in Illinois.

I found another alternative for you.

A fee based hospital database with unlimited access for 1 year.
Price: $396
This database provides full contact information, number of beds,
number of employees, revenue, patient volumes, names for six key
positions and much more.

You may look up hospitals by State the information is continually
updated as more recent data becomes available.

Please let me know if you are interested in the information I have ?

Thanks, Bobbie7

Hello bill78-ga

it is not hard to compile the list for part 1 of your question.
Part 2 is probably impossible to find on the web.
For California I could give you the contact info of the "Employment
Office" but not the name of the CHR.
