I need the list of at least 25 webdesign companies with a great
portfolio that charge less than $1500.00 for the professional, eye
catching corporate design with flash and simple php scripts for
middle-sized website(up to 15 pages). I also need 20 copywriting
companies that provide copywriting services for the websites.
(articles, business letters, etc.)
I must be able to pay easily and securely using a credit card.

The problem with this project is about the price. Most, and probably
all, companies will not say outright their prices since frankly this
isn't the way to do business in an industry like this.

It helps if you advise what part of the world you're calling from so
that information can be selected from the correct region.

Given your rather modest budget ($100 per page is fairly 'economical'
for a professional designer) I respectfully suggest that you look to
some graphic design colleges that teach web design and offer the gig
to some bright student who might appreciate the opportunity to earn
some money and beef up their folio.
