A functionning community center (place where the whole community can get together) with a secured room large enough to accomodate 40 computers 3. Must be in an area that is lower to middle middle class by thai standards. 4. Must have individual businesses with around 5 employees each where the business earns at least 50,000 Thai bath per month 5. Must have at least 20 businesses that fit the above criteria 6. Road access 7. A Community organization or association. 8. A local community based NGO (ideal, but not required). 50,000 Thai bath per month is an awful lot! Is this a good idea during a water shortage? |

It seems odd to me that you seem to have a program and are looking for a customer. If this is an aid project isn't it the other way around? You go into a community and see what then need? Rather than, having a solution and then going out and looking for the problem community. Kind of reminds me of Jeoprady actually... "What is...Thialand" if you get my drift... |
