Right click the images in EXCEL and you should the word "copy", click this word.
Now click
START -> RUN
and type in
"mspaint" and press enter (do not use quotes).
Once this is loaded click EDIT then PASTE and the imagine will be
pasted into the MSPAINT window.
From here you can click FILE -> SAVE AS and you can save the file to
any location on your harddrive.

Keystroke-
I tried it but the picture looks horrible. It looks nice in my excel
file, but after pasting it on mspaint, it looks unclear and all mess
up.
What can I do?

The other option you can do is this,
when you have the excel file open press PRINT SCREEN on your keyboard
with the picture showing.
Load MS PAINT in the same way and press EDIT -> PASTE and now crop the
picture so you can see what you would like.
If that does not work for you I'll check for a bug fix tomorrow.

Print screen doesn't work. I manage to copy the picture and paste it
on mspaint, but the problem is MSPAINT. The colors come out very
weird after I paste it - I wish I could post picture up here and show
you.
Is there any other way than to use mspaint ?

Listed on this page are some alternatives to MSPAINT.
http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Search/paint_W1.html
Paintshop Pro and Photoshop are the big photo editors from what I understand.
If you would like to try a free demo of Photoshop you can go here
http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/
and click TRY NOW (win) (on the right hand side).
If you would like a demo of Paint Shop Pro X you can get it from here
http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite?pagename=Corel3/Trials/Login&pid=1047025487586&cid=1047025490241
(you need to register)
The good news is that while Photoshop is is almost 700 dollars, Paint
Shop Pro is 79.00 dollars, so a lot more affordable.
Both of these should do the trick better than MSPAINT.

Keystroke-
Thanks a lot. I tried the corel paint shop pro and it works great -
my picture from excel file looks better and I was able to extract it
and save it as jpg. So much better. I will definitely be buying the
paint shop pro, and thanks again for helping me with this question.

I might even buy the new Version of Paint Shop Pro now myself. I have
one of the old versions somewhere and it works pretty well!
Glad to have helped.
