I am a citizen of a foreign country (India). I am currently in the US
employed with Company A on H1-B. Another US company wants to hire me
as an employee but wants me to work from home in India. They do not
have a branch office in India. Do they still need to sponsor an H1-B
or can they pay me in US $ directly into my US bank account.
My wife will be in US during this time, and we plan to file taxes as
married and filing jointly. I am not sure what are the tax
implications of this
