Hi, Can anyone PLEASE help me with this? I'm looking for a breakdown by retailer size/revenue/caegory of what percent of an SMB retailers' overall revenue (offline + online) comes through their own Web site (if they have one)? For example, company acme staplers sells $250K worth of staplers a year. 80% of that revenue is through his store on Main Street and 20% of overall revenue is through his Web site. For clarity, I'm not looking for the overall percent of US retail done online (I believe that % is 2.6%) I'm specifically looking for the percent of revenue done through their Web site (for companies that have a Web site) as it relates to their overall revenue (offline + online). The source of this information must be cited and a link must be provided for me to verify report. Can anyone help? It's for a research appear and I am desperately trying to get this data point before tonight. Thank you. james |
