Good evening. In planning a potential move to Colorado with no real
knowledge of where NOT to live, I am spending an inordinate amount of
time trying to locate prisons, alcohol and drug rehab centers,
superfund sites(toxic dumps) and high crime areas- especially those
with gang influence.

Using google earth, I would like to have all of the above mapped for
download into my computer. Along with the mapping, statistical
information is required showing where the best places to live in
Colorado are after taking into consideration the problems above. If
anyone can do this, I will pay $100.

Hello curiousgeorge34-ga,

With all due respect, I think you're taking a wrong way approach to
your challenge of finding a place to live in Colorado.

Lots of work has already been done by others on defining "best places
to live" without having to identify every single possible negative in
the neighborhood. I suggest that listing the most important qualities
and criteria for what you're looking for will be much more useful. If
you value living in a city, knowing that a town on the plains doesn't
have any of the unfavorable qualities you list doesn't help. If you
want to go fishing every day, living in the desert will not be an
option.

I believe the question you've posted will require more effort than is
warranted by the price you've posted. I'm not sure that it's doable at
any price. Please let me know how you want to proceed.

In addition to Czh's Request for Clarification, it seems unlikely that
you really need to know information about everywhere in Colorado. If
you can define more closely the areas that you want to live, you are
more likely to get an answer, but perhaps not in the form of G-Earth
map.

Most of the steep slopes (10% to 90%)in Colorado are low risk for the
problems you mentioned, but buiding costs are very high for steep
slopes. Neil
