five years in th UK?

In general, pharmacy support staff in the UK are entering a period of
greater formalization in assuring competencies through training and
certification.

In addition, pharmacies are increasingly reliant on computerization,
and support staff will be expected to be skilled in their use.

Lastly, as new business models emerge in medicine, such as the
creation of primary care support services, an increasing number of
pharmacy assistants will be required in these new businesses.

Beyond that simple description, however, what sort of details are you seeking?
