Hi jordanoliver,

To do this, follow these instructions:

In Outlook, select Tools, Options and click the Other tab. Next click
"Reading Pane". Uncheck 'Mark item as read when selection changes'.
Click OK > OK.

I hope this is helpful. If you have any questions regarding my answer
please don?t hesitate to ask before rating.

Best regards,
Rainbow
