The Episode is titled "The Road Home". The song starts playing the in
the bar when Sydney acticates the card swipe reader around 12'55" into
the episode. The song is in the background during the whole scene
until 13'50". There are no lyrics in the song. The dialogue between
Sydney and Sam include the lines:

Hello mahme-ga,

I believe that the artist is Hybrid and the song is entitled "Know
Your Enemy" from the album Morning Sci-fi.

You can check if the song matches the one in the episode by listening to it here:
Windows Media:
Real Player:

I am assuming this is the right one because it did not have any lyrics
attached to it.

The other two songs in that episode used were:

Artist: Kasabian, Song: Club Foot
Artist: Eiffel, Song: Au Neant

Please let me know if this is incorrect and I will continue to
research this for you!

All the best,

hi, I checked the song "Know your enemy" from Hybrid, it is not the
right song, but the sound is similar. So I had a look at the other
songs on the album and it turns out the song is "We are in control 1",
track 7. Thanks for your help.
