I have recently moved to downtown Washington DC.  I have a Dell
computer that was designed for forward compatibility by updating
customized parts, but haven't done any updating since I got it two
years ago.

I am looking for a good local store, ideally that specializes in
custom computers, where I can bring my computer in and consult an
expert on what types of parts are available to update, what parts I
need, and exactly what to get that's compatible with each other and
with my computer.  It would be nice if the store also carried the
parts.

Could you recommend a few places to go?
