Yes, Patti Scialfa is still married to Bruce Springsteen.
I checked numerous official sites as well as third party website and
found no evidence that they had divorced.
News articles as recent as July 14, 2006 describe them as being married:
"News has come out that when rock hero Bruce Springsteen, his wife,
Patti Scialfa, and their two kids had a family outing on July 2 in
Lake Placid, N.Y., where daughter Jessica was competing in a horse
show, their 15-year-old son, Evan, had to be fished out of an
Adirondack lake by forest rangers when he overturned his kayak."
