URGENT: We have new cash registers that are computerised. The message we are getting on setup is: ?Computer does not have a hard disc your hard disc is not functioning? AND ?Cannot create a temporary directory if you have HPFS or NTFS installed on hard drive you will need to set up an MSDOS boot partition to set up windows? The cash register system is a Keycorp K42 till / printer with Microsoft Windows operating system. We need you to address hardware & software issues specifically. Could it be the hard drive itself malfunctioning? Also, what kind of hard drive does this cash register use? I consider myself with an advance knowledge with computer system, but I am stumped when it comes to setting up a computerised cash register system. Thanks for your help! Generous tip will be offered for anyone who can guide me with a clear and concise step-by-step process. Cheers! | |
