What industry would job boards be categorized in the NAICS? Are they
in the recruiting business or classifieds advertising business?

My defintion of job boards would be where applicants post their
resumes and employers post their job opening. (Boards like monster,
jobstreet, hotjobs)

Hello yellowfish-ga,

I?ve located a US Census Bureau table that shows all the NAICS codes
for online staffing and recruitment services. They?re in NAICS 5613:
Employment Services and the more detailed code is determined based on
a variety of factors. These factors are listed in the table below. The
GovJobs link provides the same information but in a more legible and
easily accessible format.
