I need to give a presentation to my university's executive team to outline a five year web strategy, and request funding to implement an enterprise portal across several campuses. I'm looking for examples of similar 'web strategy' presentations given to executive audiences in either corporations or higher education institutions to use as a template for developing my presentation. If actual presentation examples are not available, I would settle for a 'white paper' on presenting a long term web strategy. Thank you. | |

pafalafa-ga - that's a good start, but it's a little broad. What I'm looking for is a document or presentation of an actual 3-5 year web strategy -- perhaps something a CIO of a university/non-profit/corporate has presented to his executive team or board. Perhaps even a a white paper on or template for developing and presenting an internal business case to win support for the investment required to communicate an organization's brand or their services via the web. Let's pretend you were the CIO of a new University, and the university did not have a website or intranet portal yet. Presumably you would need to build a web strategy and present it to a group of executives to get funding for that strategy. That's essentially what I'm after. Thanks! |
