What a fun question, vigdriver-ga!

You mentioned what is called the Great Monkey Hoax that happened at
Emory University at Atlanta, Georgia in 1953. A groups of Emory
students shaved a monkey and told faculty that it was an alien from
outer space. It is only briefly mentioned in the timeline of the
university’s timeline page.

I assume from this question that you are looking for information on
UFO/alien encounter hoaxes. Let me give you the sites below.

UFO Watchdog (formerly known as eXpose: The Watchdog of UFOlogy) is a
feature site on exposing UFO frauds (those actually exposed as
frauds). It has a lot of stories on the topic. You might be interested

I haven't seen any UFO stories about live monkeys that were shaved and
dyed green, but I've found numerous references to a theory that the
bodies of extraterrestrials purported to have been found in the famous
Roswell crash were not aliens, but monkeys:

"In addition to the two primary theories/stories of the Roswell crash
(alien flying saucer; weather balloon), some other theories have been
put forth over the years, including:

What was found may have been a captured, German-built V-2 unguided
ballistic missile known to have been test-fired from the White Sands
proving ground, less than a hundred miles southwest of Corona, New
Mexico. This might account for the finding of unfamiliar parts. As for
the bodies that were found some distance from the debris field, some
proponents of the rocket explanation suggest they were nothing more
exotic than monkeys that had been lofted into near-space as part of a
biological test program that would eventually lead to manned space
flight."
