Possibly.  I am not certain of the spelling.  You may be right.  I
know they build homes, that's about it.  Sorry I can't be more

Could the company be “Whelan Realty?”
This company is owned by John A. Whelan and Specializes in Resort,
Retirement and Relocation real estate.

Given that you mentioned in your clarification answer that the company
you seek builds homes and you were not certain of the spelling and it
has a headquarters, I did a few hours of additional research and came
to the conclusion that the Company you seek must be “John Wieland
Homes & Neighborhoods, Inc.”
