Hi,
I'm looking for pointer/links to papers or reports about public
acceptance-of/desire-for a single wait line (e.g., as in a bank or
airport) vs.
multiple separate lines. I'm primarily interested in finding a defendable
answer to the question: which do customers want more, a single queue (feeding
multiple checkouts) or the same number of multiple checkout lines?
thanks!
