How to recover deleted hotmail emails after one year and a half.

I lost some very important emails when I tried to download hotmail
emails into outlook. I deleted the folders that contained the emails
from the hotmail server through the outlook program not realizing that
I was taking them of the server but rather thought I was just deleting
the local file. They were never stored on my hard drive. I have since
gotten a new computer and do not have cache files of the emails. My
only hope is retrieving them from some kind of storage on microsoft's
servers ...

So I need to know the actual way to recover the missing folder / email...

I have experience of this and you have two options here if you have
not got a paid account with Hotmail.

1 Nothing
2 Less than nothing.

If you have a paid account you will have to speak to the Hotmail
support team who may help you, but they specify that they DO NOT
guarantee backups. You may never got those emails again.
