Who provides DVDs with 10k filings of US publicly-traded companies in
searchable pdf format?  How much do they cost?  I am looking for the
most recent financial year or more.  I am not looking
for online databases or services - I need to have all US public
companies' 10k's on my server, so need bulk data.  The pdf must be searchable.
