I have a new Nokia E61 and a Cingular cell phone plane w/ unlimited data. I also have a Dell Latitude D600 w/ bluetooth and Ubuntu Dapper Drake installed. How do I establish a GPRS connection from my laptop to the phone over bluetooth so that I can browse the internet on my laptop using my Cingular data plan? Assume that I have gotten it to the point that my laptop can see and connect to the phone over bluetooth. I also have the basic GPRS connection over bluetooth established, but receive a disconnect everytime I try to connect: #sudo pon gprs Serial connection established. using channel 2 Using interface ppp0 Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/rfcomm0 ... PAP authentication succeeded ... rcvd [LCP TermReq id=0x1] LCP terminated by peer sent [LCP TermAck id=0x1] Connection terminated.
