Both Ford and Firestone have received a lot of bad press during the
last year or two. State whether you think the DIRECT COSTS or the
INDIRECT COSTS will be higher for these two companies, and explain WHY
you think so.

Hi thanks for the visit. I would just like to clarify if you are just
asking for our opinion? In this case how should the discussion be?  I
ask this since for example a market analyst will have a totally
different appreciation of the topic as compared to a pure researcher?
What I mean is that will this be a technical discussion or just
expounding on the newspaper reports about the issue?

Just let me know. :)
