Hello, Im 14, and very eager to drive a car, so my question is: how
old do you have to be to get a learners permit and a regular drivers
license in South Florida, and are there any execptions? Thank you very

Hello,

   According to this Florida BMV webpage 

http://www.hsmv.state.fl.us/ddl/geninfo.html

The minimum age for holding a driver's license is 16 years, and the
minimum for obtaining a learner's permit is 15.
