Can you tell me which taxi companies in New York City have minivans in
their fleets? (I lost a bag in a minivan this weekend and am searching
for it.  I already have filed a report with the Taxi commission and
have called the two Manhattan Police precincts which receive lost
items.)I do NOT have medallion number or the driver's name.

Filing a lost property report is a good first step, but the Taxi
Commission should also be able to answer your question about minivans.

Contact them in writing according to the process listed here:

They say they will respond within five days.  You should let them (and
us) know where and when your ride took place (e.g. July 5, 2006 from
JFK airport to Penn Station in Manhattan) as this will help narrow
down the possibilities.
