Hi, There is a white seal that was sold by John Lewis two years ago.
It is PURE white not cream. my baby has lost it and I need to find
one. I have a cream seal teddy but she wants one like the one lost and
I just can't find it anywhere.

Hello

Here is the company's current line of soft toys. The website says many
more products are available in the stores than online.

http://www.johnlewis.com/Nursery/Gifts+for+Baby/Gifts+for+Baby/Soft+Toys/ProductType.aspx

Have you tried contacting the store to see if it's still in stock or
if they can tell you who was the manufacturer? Are there any product
tags or logos on the toy?

If you posted a picture of the cream colored seal we might be able to
find you a white one. Photobucket or other hosting sites are available
so you can show us what it looks like.

Good luck.
