Your question is pretty open ended.  There are a lot of film festivals
and the answer varies greatly.  If you are talkinng about Slam dance,
Sundance, Telluriide - you will have a very diffferent answer than if
you are talking about the Chicago underground film festival.

 Can you make your questionmore specific - What are you looking to find out?
