I?m interested in purchasing a vacation condo in Molokai. Before I
make the decision I?d like to understand the following issues: (1)
What is the official long-term development plan of tourism (by the
local government)? (2) Overall tourism trends and outlook of Molokai
(if possible compared to the other Hawaiian islands) (3) Investment
considerations for residential real estate (how is it different from
other Hawaiian islands?) (4) Price history of vacation condos/homes in
Molokai
