Question ID: 752361
I have a large database of customers in Outlook 2003. They belong to
various categories depending on products they have bought, businesses
they are in, etc. I would like to change the names I use for some of
these categories to improve organization, and have that change
automatically reflected in each record. How can I do this ?

Hi solomind,

I believe you have to add new categories and then edit your old ones.
