I am interested in knowing who the main donors are for aid programmes
in Liberia. F.ex. USA, EU (European Commission), World Bank, United
Nations, individual countries, ....?

Ideally with reference to the programmes/projects/sectors they finance
- and with indication of the amounts and years.

Even better if the references include the full wording of reports on
some of the programmes/projects, but that is not a condition for an
answer.

The price offered can be increased to USD 30 or more if someone is
able to provide significant information but would need more time - and
a better price.  And the price can be reduced if it turns out to be
very difficult or impossible to trace anything apart from a small
answer worth e.g. USD 5 or 10.
