Hello seanisthegood
First off I thought I would check the lifetime rosters for each band
and compare and contrast.
I have researched the membership of Aerosmith from their formation in
1970 to present and these are as follow
Aerosmith
1970 - 1971)
Steven Tyler - lead vocals
Joe Perry - guitar, vocals
Ray Tabano - guitar
Tom Hamilton - bass
Joey Kramer - drums
Aerosmith
1971 - 1979)
Steven Tyler - lead vocals
Joe Perry - guitar, vocals
Brad Whitford - guitar
Tom Hamilton - bass
Joey Kramer - drums
Aerosmith
1979 - 1980)
Steven Tyler - lead vocals
Jimmy Crespo - guitar, vocals
Brad Whitford - guitar
Tom Hamilton - bass
Joey Kramer - drums
Aerosmith
(1980 - 1984)
Steven Tyler - lead vocals
Jimmy Crespo - guitar
Rick Dufay - guitar
Tom Hamilton - bass
Joey Kramer - drums
Aerosmith
(1984 - present)
Steven Tyler - lead vocals
Joe Perry - guitar, vocals
Brad Whitford - guitar
Tom Hamilton - bass
Joey Kramer - drums
The membership of Circle Jerks was
Keith Morris
Greg Ginn
Gregg Nelson
Roger Rogerson
Lucky Lehner
Keith Clarke
Zander Shloss.
So it appears that there are no common members between the two bands.
Okay so has any member worked with any other member on anything ?

I have also checked to see if any members of Aerosmith (even after or
before they became members of Aerosmith) have guested on anything done
by any member of the Circle Jerks but could not find any connection
here either.

The official Aerosmith website History Pages

http://www.aerosmith.com/history.htm
The history pages give quite a detailed history of Aerosmith, their
influences and main points, again I have searched their entire history
and kind find no reference to either The Circle Jerks, any of the
members or even Black Flag which was founder member Keith Morris's
former band with Greg Ginn.
Flipping the reverse, I then checked the Circle Jerks official site
and checked the links to other bands which lists over forty bands and
it is possibly indicative that Aerosmith are notable by their
abscence.

Finally I checked the official fan site as they have a history of
highlights of Aerosmiths career and looking over their long history,
there is no indication that they have supported or been supported by
performed with The Circle Jerks or any Jerks former or current
members.
In addition I have searched tour histories, checked reviews of past
tours and even looked at old tour tickets for details of special
guests and in none of my enquiries have I even found a remote
reference to any member of Circle Jerks or any of the members.
Therefore, I would post my findings as an answer that suggestions
strongly that there is no evidence supporting that the two bands have
worked together in any capacity let alone toured.
As far as whether they have shared band members, I can confirm that
the evidence is clear that there are no members past or present that
have been in both bands.
I hope that this answers your question and will be happy to clarify if
you need further information.
Thanks
