I'm glad to have been able to help. "La Femme Nikita" is one of my
favorite series, and it was interesting to learn more about the song.
I am not certain whether Melissa Gibson was the vocalist in the
version of "Unglued" that was used in the show, but it appears that
she is the only artist to have recorded the song commercially.
I'm reposting the info that I mentioned above, with some additional
material that I hope will be of interest.
The song "Unglued," by Bob Mair and Joel Wachbrit, has been recorded
by Melissa Gibson. It is on her CD "Under Their Influence."

Bob Mair and Joe Wachbrit have written several songs used in
television programs. Four songs by this songwriting team appear in a

Black Toast Music, which holds the right to the Mair/Wachbrit songs,

"Lyrics" and type "unglued" into the search box at Black Toast Music,
you'll find the song's lyrics and a list of the three Black Toast CDs
on which the song appears. Click on the little icon that looks like a
speaker, and you can hear a brief clip of the song. Click on "Contact"
at the top of the page, and you'll see Bob Mair's contact information.
It appears that he's the head honcho at Black Toast.

Music of this sort, which has been specifically created for TV or
movies, is generally not made available to the general public in its
original form. I believe the Melissa Gibson track is likely to be the
closest you'll come. The Black Toast Music CDs cannot be obtained by
conventional means, since they are intended for distribution only
within the entertainment industry, and would normally be supplied only
to those who were paying licensing fees.
I hope this is useful! If anything is unclear or incomplete, or if a
