Which p.c. hardware program is identified by the code 00:02:3F:DB:2D:99 ?

That looks like a MAC address for a Network Interface Card.  You can
read all about MAC addresses here:

If you want to find from which hardware manufacturer this mac address
comes from, you can use to do a lookup of
the first 6 digit of the address. In your case, it looks like you have
an network card from Compal Electronics. Keep in ming that MAC address
refers to the network card, not the computer itself
