Who is that gorgeous man in the Suzuki Grand Vitara commercial who
leaves his house and jumps off the cliff and deploys a parachute to
reach his house?

The last word in the question should be car (SUV), not house. Sorry.

Rather amazingly, the good-looking guy in that commercial isn't an
actor with a stunt double. That's an actual BASE jumper named Dave
Barlia. The commercial uses a real jumper and a real cliff: it's the
house that's fake!

Here's an interesting little feature on Suziki's website about the
making of the commercial. Scroll down to "Making of Base Jump Ad":

Dave Barlia is also featured in a film called "Higher Ground," which
will be released on DVD in September or October 2006.

"...Join the thousands of other adventure buffs on the planet and live
vicariously through professional skiers, snowboarders, jumpers, and
fly-like-a-bird mountaineers by watching the likes of reigning World
Cup mogul champion and NCAA football player turned Olympic Gold Medal
favorite turning NFL hopeful Jeremy Bloom, Ski-BASE jumping innovator
Shane McConkey, the sport's hot-dogging icon, Glen Plake, and the man
who defines "Higher Ground", mountaineer, Dave Barlia, on the big
screen."

"To achieve HIGHER GROUND we set out to capture a select group of
individuals in amazing locations, pushing their athletic boundaries.
For mountaineer Dave Barlia it meant flying 10 feet off the ground, at
130 miles per hour, while wearing his winged suit on the slopes of
Chamonix, France."
