I'm working on a text adventure game based in ancient Greece and I
need to spice up my descriptions of the architecture and clothing. I
know that I could just get books that are actually about ancient
Greece architecture and clothing. But, I was hoping that I could save
some time and get a book that's specifically meant for writers.

There are various forms this might take. I could imagine a book of
pictures with short descriptions below each one which are intended to
describe the scene to someone who was not able to see the pictures.

Or, I suppose it could just be a large set of short room descriptions.

Does anything like this exist?

Many libraries carry the Eyewitness series of history books (perhaps
in the kids section). These are great resources, very visual. Here's
the one on ancient Greece:

Is this the sort of thing you're looking for?

Unfortunately, I've never seen anything like what you're asking for, a
book specifically for writers that describes ancient greece etc. But
as a writer myself, I've found that illustrated children's books can
be quite helpful - I'm sure there will be an illustrated history of
ancient greece/history of clothes/history of buildings in the
childrens section of your local library with lots of cool pictures and
a bit of description. Being a kids book, it'll be pretty succint, easy
to understand etc - and you'll have scope to extend the description
for your project. Hope this is helpful?! Good Luck!!!

And maybe these websites could be of help:
