I am looking for a way to have people pay me for products I'm selling
on my blog other then PayPal.  I want to keep my anonymity and PayPal
would show buyers my name.  I would prefer a way that is low in fees.
I thought maybe gift certificates like from Amazon.com but I won't be
able to convert those to cash later on. justmydog.blogspot.com is the
site if you want to look and see if that gives you some ideas.

Have you tried a PayPal business account? (They see the business name only). 

You could also try Google Checkout as a business account:
http://checkout.google.com/

In clarification to the comment, I haven't done a PayPal business
account or Google Checkout because both require a name of a business
and this isn't going to be a business.  I am just getting rid of some
of my stuff and prefer to do it without eBay because I feel eBay has
too many sellers now and fees just keep going up.

Hope that helps as far as clarification.  This may be something that
doesn't have a good answer.
