I want to create a range of hair care products that are natural and
contain NO artficial additives in them. The range consists of
shampoos, conditioner, creams, hot oil, hair mask etc

I am based in the UK and am having  MUCH difficulty finding somebody
/company who is prepared to do small batches.

Ideally I need somebody reliable who has experience of working with a
small "start up" business as I will need assistance with packaging and
distribution and maybe help fine tuning the formulations that I myself
came up with from my own research.

I also would like to use a company with experience of sourcing the
ingredients ethically and against animal testing. Many company's that
I have tried are busy with their own "things" eg "Forever Living" and
"Forest Soap".

I have really come to a bit of a dead end with my research. Can
anybody help or inject some "oomph" into my query. Does anybody have
any experience in this field or know somebody that does? Which company
deals in manufacturing in small quantities?

How significantly different is the finish between a natural, organic
product handmade in a small quantity to that produced on a large scale
using machinery?
