Hi, 

I am interested in trading CFDs on non-US companies listed in the
NYSE(or other american markets). I am looking for a trading company
meeting this condition, and which I can open an account with $2000 or
less.

It may be helpful if you tell us what the letters CFD stand for;

SaxoBank is great but does not offer to trade on stocks CFDs for an
account balance of less than $10000.
