In Crystal Reports (V9), the option to print formulas via "report defintion"
includes some but not all formulas. When I right-click a data field,
choose "edit running total," then the "X-2" button (under evaluate) to
edit the formula, it shows "Formula Workshop - Running Total Condition
Formula." This displays 3 windows (fields, functions, operators) on
top and the key window (formula) below all 3. It is this last item
that I seem to be unable to print.

Can you provide instructions on how to print this embeded formula?
