Optional Fields

Nursing Home Compare includes information on nursing homes that are
Medicare OR Medicaid Certified.
For each facility, you'll be able to view contact information, the
number of beds, type of ownership, and recent inspection
reports?including explanations about any deficiencies.

Download the Database

You have the option of downloading the data used in the search and
compare tools onto your computer. Please note that the downloadable
databases are zipped Microsoft Access databases.
 
Select database and click on download
http://www.medicare.gov/Download/DownloadDB.asp

Please let me know if this downloadable database of nursing homes
would suit your purpose.
