I work with a staffing agency that purchased the software by Personic
(recently acquired by Xperius) called EZaccess 5.0. This package is a
very expensive solution that has been underutilized so we want to sell
it and recover something on our major investment.
We would like an expert in the HR, Staffing, and recruiting businesses
to find us a buyer or even a qualified list of buyers of this
software.
This is the original software in original boxes with all manuals and
CD-ROMs.

The price on this question is an initial payment for helping create a
sale, the final payment will be much greater when the transaction
completes.
A valid answer is a qualified list of companies (with full contact
information, and a contact person if possible) that are interested in
purchasing this system from us.
Once contact with the individual(s) has been opened with myself, that
will be sufficient to qualify as an answer.
If contact cannot be made with the individuals, it is not a valid
answer.
After the completion of the sale, we will offer the expert a
significant finders fee above and beyond the question price.

Hi, just to clarify some things with you. Your licence allows sale?
Most software doesn't allow this and with the DMCA this has been
upheld more than once. Also with the sale, if sale is allowed, is
there to be an active Warrantee and support for this package by
Xperius? If so, for how long?

I am not sure what the license allows. I am just commissioned to sell
it. I am unsure whether there is an active warrantee and/or support
agreement. That information is available from Xperius.
