What are some statistics/findings on the non-monetary costs of
businesses involved in litigation? eg stress etc
 

I am searching for the average cost that a Small or medium business
owner can expect to pay if they are used or need to sue somebody else.
 I have searched various,links on the internet and asked several law
societies in Australia.
