Who are the ten largest residential real estate agencies and/or
franchise companies (e.g., Century 21, ERA, ReMax), what are their
annual revenues, and what are their annual expenditures on information
technology?

When I say "largest", please use the company's revenue as the measure
of size, and if the company is a subsidary of a larger entity, I only
want the information of the subsidary, not the information of the
larger entity.

I am looking only for US companies and am also interested in the
number of agents/brokers employeed by these US top ten.

I have an older (1996) listing with sales volume -- not the number of
agents.  But for $35 you can get the list of the top 500 and their
sales from REAL Trends, the research company that tracks the industry:
