What is the most effective way to reach canadians (french speaking)
customers interested in buying real estate in south Florida?

I'm part of a team of REALTORS(r) located and operating in South
Florida (Miami) I speak fluently french and would like to exploit that
plus to offer my service for Canadians looking to rents or buy
properties in South Florida.

I know there is an interest for what I have to offer.

But I need to find the most efficient way (without having to spend
thousand and thousand of dollars either) to reach them and promote
myself.
