HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLUM. WHEN I TRY TO OPEN MY ITUNS, I GET A WINDOW
THAT SAYS,'THE ITUNES MUSIC LIBRARY.ITL FILE IS LOCKED,ON A LOCKED
DISK, OR YOU DO NOT HAVE WRITE PERMISSON FOR THIS FILE.'

One of my earlier installs of iTunes would bring up this same
maddening situation, to solve this simply go to \My Documents\My
Music\iTunes and right click on the ITL file. Uncheck the "READ ONLY"
box and do the same for the iTunes Music Library.xml file.
