How do I stop Outlook XP from instantly sending messages? Outlook is not paying attentions to my send/receive schedule and is sending out email as soon as it hits the outbox. |

Hello professionalpoker-ga, In Outlook, click on Tools, Options, Mail Setup. Make sure that the option for "send immediately when connected" is NOT checked. This should fix your problem.
