| I suggest you use something like Kee Klamp tube for the frame and clamp or weld on hooks. Curtains for walls can be made from frabric with net-curtain elastic through the hems attached to the hooks at each end. In fact, this would be very similar to privacy screens used in hospitals and the like. |
