The process for adding web pages to www.google.com's search results is
an automated one - done by the 'google bot'. The google bot scours
the web for pages to add to the database, totally uncontrolled by
anyone at google.com. However, there are ways to improve your chances
of being noticed and approved by the google bot.

Firstly, have you submitted your site manually (this doesn't
necessarily mean that you will show up in results, but it gives you a
good chance):

Your site uses frames, a big "no no" for the google bot. When the bot
comes to your page, it sees your homepage (ie
http://www.techbeans.net/), not
http://www.techbeans.net/Personal%20Web%20Page.htm, which is where
most of your text is at your homepage. The best way to rectify this
would be to eliminate the frames, and create a signle page, or,
because the bot can navigate frames somewhat, remove the JavaScript
that generates the frames (if, in fact, you do that at all!)

May I suggest submitting
http://www.techbeans.net/Personal%20Web%20Page.htm to the google bot -
that would improve your chances, also.

Check out this site:
http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/sim_spider.cgi
It shows you how a page is viewed from the point of view of the google
bot. Simpyl enter your site in (Try
http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/sim_spider.cgi as well!), and
you will see the difference.
