I am seeking Photoshop experts preferably from China that would like
jobs masking photos and using their creativity to turn portraits of
people into art with the Tools in Adobe Photoshop.

Qualifications that I am looking for:
-	Competitive pricing (which is the primary reason for choosing China)
-	Good skills in Photoshop
-	Willingness to cooperate 
-	Ability to communicate in English
-	Ability to download and upload fairly large files from the Internet
-	I am looking for one Company with several employees or a couple of freelancers 

I prefer it is people from China, but if necessary I may consider
people from other places in Asia (i.e. Vietnam etc.).

I would like a list with at least 10 likely candidates and their
resume or some description that may give a clear indication that they
are able and willing to deliver that kind of work.

I need somebody that on regular basis, will - and are able to do the
following things at a competitive price:

1. Remove the background from photos of people ? preferably with the pen tool

2. Take the photos and use different filters and other techniques in
Photoshop to alter them in terms of colour etc. At some of them I may
also require you to draw up some lines in different styles at the
photo. For other items it require a creative talent since the photos
need to be put together to a collage where you need to choose a
background and do more creative work.

For all of the above I will provide samples of the kind of work I will
