Hello Cjl63092,

Hmm. According to the "friendly" manual at
  http://www.dxgtechusa.com/Support/Manuals/English/dxg305v_eng_v4.pdf
(scroll down to page 10)

You should be able to push the card in gently and a spring will push
the SD card back out. However, I also notice that at
  http://www.dxgtechusa.com/Support/sd_memory_card.pdf
there is a description of problems with "incompatible" SD cards. Not
sure the type of incompatibility, but it could be a problem with
insertion / removal due to the slight differences in packaging that is
shown in the two picture.

If the card is sticking, it MAY be possible to use a pair of tweezers
to help remove the card. However, I would be VERY gentle in attempting
this - you don't want to break the mechanism that holds the card in
the camera.

The other alternative is to bring it to your local camera repair shop
and have them remove it (and might do so for free - it wouldn't hurt
to ask).

Please let me know if one of these solutions work for you - if not,
describe the problem you are having more fully so I can do some more
research on it.

The card itself has a small sliding switch on its right hand side.
It is normally white and slides up and down the side of the card to
"lock" or "unlock" it. In locked mode you cannot alter the data on the
ard. This is useful to protect all your photos.

If the camera states the card is locked simply slide the switch to the
correct position. It should indicate this on the card itself. If you
cannot see this simply try both positions.
